(SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008

Notice of Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) to be

published in a local newspaper under regulation 7(2)

Infinergy Ltd, the prospective applicant, hereby gives notice of a

Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) to be undertaken in advance

of the submission of a planning application to Argyll and Bute

Council for a prospective development comprising up to eight

wind turbines and ancillary infrastructure at Ardtaraig Estate,

Loch Striven, Argyll and Bute.

Further information in respect of the prospective development

may be obtained by e-mailing info@ardtaraigwindfarm.co.uk or

calling free on 0800 980 4299.

A public event which will include a presentation of the prospective

development and opportunity for public discussion with the

prospective applicant is to be held at Glendaruel Village Hall on

Tuesday 31st October between the hours of 2 and 7pm and at

Colintraive Village Hall on Wednesday 1st November between

the hours of 2 and 7pm.

Any persons wishing to submit comments should submit these

to the prospective applicant at FREEPOST INFINERGY LTD

before Friday 8th December 2017.

Persons submitting comments in response to Pre-

Application Consultation (PAC) are advised that comments

submitted to the prospective applicant at this time are not

representations to the planning authority; in the event that

prospective applicant submits a formal application for

planning permission then there would be an opportunity to

submit representations to Argyll and Bute Council as the

planning authority at that time.

Time - Teas/Coffees will be

served at 5.45pm. The meeting

will commence at 6pm sharp

and finish at 7.30pm

The BID board are keen to hear from

businesses on a specific range of re

ballot related topics. This consultation

will take the form of timed round the

table, facilitated group discussions. The

meeting will conclude with a summary of

the feedback from these groups.
