We are a long established firm of Solicitors and Estate Agents

in Dunoon, providing legal and estate agency services to the

people of Argyll and Bute and beyond. We are seeking an

individual to fill the role of Estate Agency Adviser within Stewart

& Bennett. Working closely with the solicitors and paralegals

in our property department, the successful candidate will be

responsible for the marketing of primarily residential property

for sale. We are seeking a friendly person with excellent

communication and presentational skills and a full UK driving

licence. Experience of property marketing/estate agency would

be of benefit, however training will be provided. All applications

Ardyne Site Engineer


Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (Early/Late Shift Hours)

An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team at Ardyne. Applicants

will have a Mechanical/Electrical background with experience of Welding, Fabrication and

working on LV Electrical systems. Individuals must have a hands-on approach and aim to

make a positive contribution to the continued success of the team by reducing downtime

due to Mechanical/Electrical issues.

Experience in a food processing environment and knowledge of food hygiene protocols

would be useful but not essential as training will be given. Ideally, you will have worked in

a similar role where you have proven experience of immediate and planned maintenance/

repair of plant and machinery. Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor at Cairndow and

the harvest station manager for day to day operations. Responsible for all aspects of

maintenance at Ardyne. Use of a CMMS system for stock control, PPM, logging reactive is

key to the success of this role. Working Sunday evening to Friday, including participation

in the departments on call system covering weekends, a current full driving licence is also

essential for this position.

Marine Operatives - TOWARD

Salary - up to £20,163 plus overtime at enhanced rate

We are recruiting Marine Operatives for our site in Toward

Applicants will be enthusiastic, self motivated and be able

to demonstrate prior experience of working in small teams.

Duties will include all the day to day operations of the site

including fish welfare, sampling, grading and moving of stock,

site maintenance and boat handling. The successful applicants

must be committed to high standards of Health & Safety and

understand the importance of enviromental issues.
